Grilled Cinnamon-Raisin-Apple with Cream Cheese


This is one of my top 5 favorite breakfast to eat when I'm at home. It is only six Weight Watcher points and with a cup of skim milk is all you need to get you started. Spread 2 slices of Nature's Own Cinnamon Raisin bread with WW crean cheese. I use the individual servings of cream cheese sold in a box at Walmart. Slice and apple in half then thinly slice it again staying away from the core. Melt 1 tsp or 5grams of butter in a skillet on medium heat. You could also use Olive oil and may count as a healthy oil for your healthy checks.
